: ABB Motor-VFD Package Solution
ABB 690V Motor-VFD Power Solution is used for Horizontal Pumping Systems, especially high horsepower HPS. Compared with the Medium -Voltage VFD & Medium-voltage Motor solution or the Low-voltage VFD & Medium-voltage Motor solution, the ABB 690V Motor-VFD package solution has fewer components, lower cost, high quality, and is more reliable.

: Outdoor Variable Frequency Drive
Outdoor VFD is designed for HPS application with a built-in HPS control program and integrated ABB ACS880 drive module. ACS880 drives are designed for customers who value high quality and robustness in their applications. The ACS880 offers the highest level of performance and is equipped with ABB's signature direct torque control (DTC), which provides precise speed and torque control for your application.

: ABB engineered modular induction motors
ABB's engineered modular induction motors provide reliability and availability in tough and demanding applications. When you want to make your operations more reliable, productive, and energy efficient, ABB's modular induction motors are a suitable choice.

: VFD-BESS System
Compared to the Diesel Engine driven workover rigs, the VFD-BESS solution can reduce energy consumption by 60%. These figures were derived from actual customer site data including more than 200 VFD-BESS driven workover rigs in the Chinese market.

: Low voltage power supply
380V-480V low voltage input. Power supply is from the transformer that supplies power to the SRP on the oilfield site （rating is 30kVA or 50kVA). There is no need for high voltage transformer to use for matching the grid voltage with the VFD-BESS input voltage rating. Low voltage electrician serviceable. Simple wiring on site.

: For mobile light workover rigs
The VFD-BESS system replaces the Diesel Engine to drive the mobile light workover rigs, which can reduce the air pollution and noise caused by the Diesel Engine to the environment. The Variable Frequency Drive can make the whole operation process more efficient and safer, and the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) can make the whole system more cost effective and save the operating costs for the customers.

: Sucker Rod Pumping Unit VFD
SVR series VFDs integrate ABB ACS880 drive modules and the advanced control features that are packed into the modules. The built-in control software optimizes pump operation to minimize wear and tear on the pump and maximize oil production.

: Economical Variable Frequency Drive for PCP
PVR Eco VFDs are mainly used in top drive PCP application, the basic control program is loaded in the drive module instead of in the independent controller, which makes the VFDs more reliable and it is easy to maintain.

: Economical Variable Frequency Drive for ESP
The SF2 series VFD is an economical product designed for ESP applications. In less demanding working environments, the SF2 series VFDs can be used to drive ESP for higher cost-effectiveness. The enclosure protection rating is IP55, designed for outdoor use, but can also be installed in indoor environments.

: Professional Variable Frequency Drive for PCP
ABB ACS880 series drive modules are integrated into the PVR Pro VFDs. ABB drive modules include a built-in software that is designed specifically for progressing cavity pumps (PCP). This control software provides several features such as backspin control, pressure protection, level control, and acceleration ramps that improve your production and help protect your pumping system.

: Low harmonic Variable Frequency Drive for ESP
The low harmonic VFD is a standard 6 pulse diode VFD with built-in input passive harmonic filter. The passive harmonic filter we used has been matched with the VFD to adapt to a variety of motor control modes, ensuring the stable operation of the system without any adverse impact on the power grid.

: 24 pulse Variable Frequency Drive for ESP
The principle of the 24 pulse rectifier has two 12 pulse rectifiers in parallel with two three-winding transformers having a 15⁰ phase shift. The benefit is that practically all low frequency harmonics are eliminated and the harmonic distortion is less than 5%, 24 pulse VFD is IEEE 519 product.

: 12 pulse Variable Frequency Drive for ESP
The 12 pulse diode VFD, matched with a 12 pulse phase shifting transformer, is the most popular low-harmonic solution in ESP applications, and the input harmonic distortion is about 5% to 10%. It is also an outdoor-type VFD and can be used in harsh environments.

: 6 pulse Variable Frequency Drive for ESP
6 pulse diode VFD, weatherproof solution protects VFDs operating in outdoor locations. Cost effective high IP rating solution and wider temperature range from -30°C to +55°C.

: Modular designed VFD
Based on the modular design of the multi-drive VFD, the control system is highly configurable for the requirements of the smallest drilling rigs and is easily expandable to meet the requirements of the largest drilling installations.

: Total solution for land drilling rigs
In addition to PLC-controlled VFD units, the DCUS VFD Power House contains all of the required devices, e.g., Generator Control Units, Main Switchboard, Motor Control Center, Low Voltage Distribution Panels, Air-conditioning systems, and Transformers. Each VFD Power House has a customized design and assembly to meet the customer requirements.

: VFD Power Houses for Land Drilling Rigs
DCUS is committed to manufacturing safe and high-quality electrical control systems that provide all the power and control electronics needed to energize all of the electric units on an AC drilling rig.

: High voltage safety junction box
The High Voltage Safety Junction Box is used as an independent surface equipment that is mounted between the step-up transformer (SUT) and electrical submersible motor (ESM) to detect the regenerative high voltage electricity power from downhole permanent magnet motor.

: Transformers for ESP application
Transformers used in ESP applications include step-up transformers (SUT), step-down transformers (SDT), phase-shifting transformers (PST), and step-down phase-shifting transformers (DPST). Aluminum winding material and copper winding are options. The cooling method is ONAN. The detailed specifications of the transformers can be customized according to the requirements of the customers.

: Mesh skid for ESP surface equipment
ESP surface equipment skid is fabricated where all the devices and services are integrated at the surface equipment manufacturer's site. The dimensions and weight allow the skid to be transported and installed at the site as one complete unit without field assembly. The skid has lifting eyes for top crane lift, roller bars on either end for mobilization on a flatbed trailer in the desert, and forklift pockets in the center of the skid base. The steel skid top lift is covered by a sunshade.
